Can I change or cancel my reservation at any time?
our room will be available from 3.00 p.m. on your day of arrival. We would ask you to check out by noon on your day of departure. If you would like to use your room for longer, there is also the option, on request and depending on availability, to book a late check-out until 2.00 p.m. for a charge of EUR 30.00.

Is the hotel suitable for non-smokers? Do you have smoking rooms? Where can I smoke?
No, the ARCOTEL Velvet Berlin is a non-smoking hotel. There is strictly no smoking in public areas including the hotel bar. There is a smoking area on the roof terrace and in front of the hotel.

How big are the meeting rooms in the ARCOTEL Velvet Berlin, and how are they equipped?
Our Business Suites are between 40 and 42 m². The rooms have air-conditioning, bathed in natural light and equipped with modern meeting technology. One Business Suite has direct access to the roof terrace.

Is there Wi-Fi / business centre / hot spots/ internet terminals?
There is WLAN internet access in the whole hotel. There are two free tablet PC’s with internet access available for use in the lobby of the ARCOTEL Velvet Berlin. Please ask our reception team.


 

 

What do I do if I want to confirm my reservation but I don’t have a credit card?

You can also transfer the amount of your reservation in advance, or send us a written acceptance of costs on company letterhead.

Can I change money? Which credit cards do you accept?
We do not offer a foreign currency exchange service. We accept AMEX, VISA, MASTER, DINERS and JCB. 

How can I guarantee a reservation?
You are welcome to leave a credit card number as a guarantee, or transfer the amount in advance. From our contractual partners, we also accept written acceptance of costs on company paper after agreement.

Can I bring my dog to the hotel? How much does this cost?
You are welcome to bring your dog with you for an extra charge of EUR 15.00 per day. We would ask you to let us know in advance.

Do you have allergy-friendly rooms / disability-friendly rooms?
All of our rooms are suitable for allergy sufferers, and we also have 6 disability-friendly rooms.
